Refund Policy

At GiRLiT, all products are made-to-order. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order, as it defines eligibility for cancellation, refund, replacement, and reshipment.


❌ Order Cancellation & Changes

Order cancellation is allowed only within 2 hours of placing the order.

The following details can be updated within 2 hours only:

  • Shipping address
  • Pincode
  • Mobile number
  • Email ID

❌ Products cannot be changed, edited, or added after order confirmation (except within the 2-hour window).

🚚 Delivery Policy

📦 Shipping Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: 7–9 business days
  • Express Shipping: 3–5 business days

⏳ In rare cases, delivery may take up to 20 business days.

💯 If an order is not delivered within 20 business days, a full refund will be issued.

🚚 Delivery Attempts

We make up to 3 delivery attempts. If the customer does not receive the parcel or fails to coordinate with the delivery partner, the order becomes ineligible for refund or replacement.


📦 Replacement Policy

✅ Replacement is allowed ONLY IF:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • A wrong product is delivered

🎥 Unboxing Video Mandatory:
A clear, continuous unboxing video (360°) must be recorded starting before opening the package. Claims without valid video proof will not be accepted.

⏱️ Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email.

❌ No Replacement / No Refund for the Following:

  • Customer preference issues
  • Wrong phone model selected by customer
  • Design or print expectation mismatch
  • Minor color variations
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Incomplete or unclear unboxing video
  • Issue reported after 24 hours
  • Requests raised after 30 days from order date

📌 Order records are maintained for 30 days only.


⚠️ Wrong Information, RTO & Reshipment Policy

🚫 Orders with incorrect address, pincode, or mobile number are not eligible for refund or replacement.

📦 RTO (Return to Origin)

  • Reshipment is allowed only after the order reaches our warehouse
  • A ₹69 reshipment charge must be paid in advance
  • Partial COD orders must be converted to full prepaid + ₹69 before reshipping

🚫 OTP-Verified RTO (Strict):
If an order is returned after OTP verification, no reshipment or refund will be provided (prepaid or partial COD).


💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only when eligible as per this policy. Once approved, refunds are processed within 4–5 working days and credited via the original payment method.
