Eligibility for Replacement
1. Damaged or Defective Items:
- If the product received is damaged or defective, you can request a replacement.
- An unboxing video is mandatory to support your claim.
2. Wrong Product Received:
- If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will replace it at no additional cost.
- A replacement request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Conditions Not Eligible for Replacement:
- If the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.
- If a wrong item is ordered by the customer (e.g., different model or color).
- If the replacement request is initiated more than 24 hours after delivery.
Replacement Process
1. Contact Us:
- Fill out the Replacement Request Form within 24 hours of receiving the product.
- Alternatively, contact us via Instagram with your proof of purchase and two photos of the product.
2. Provide Proof:
- Ensure the product is in its original packaging, including all contents, and in perfect resellable condition.
- An unboxing video is required for any type of claim.
3. Return Shipping:
- Ship the item to the following address: #1334 Integra Tower, 7th Cross, 14th Main Rd, BTM 2nd Stage, Bangalore - 560076
- Use a mailing service with a tracking option. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages during return transit. Proof of Delivery (POD) is required in case the product is delivered.
4. Verification:
- Once we receive the returned item, our quality assurance team will verify the contents. If the conditions are met, we will contact you with the next steps for replacement.
5. Processing:
- Replacements will be shipped within 48 hours of approval.
- If the product is not in sellable condition, we will not replace it.
Conditions for No Replacement or Store Credit
1. Customer Ordered Wrong Item:
- If a customer orders the wrong model or color, no replacement or store credit will be issued.
2. Monitor Display Issues:
- We do not guarantee the color accuracy of products as displayed on your monitor.
3. Disliked by Customer:
- If the product is disliked or if a wrong product was ordered by the customer, no replacement or store credit will be issued.
Important Notes
- Once a replacement is issued, it cannot be returned or replaced again.
- Ensure to contact us within the stipulated time frame with all necessary proofs to avoid any issues with your replacement request.
- Return and refund is not applicable.
